That's a pretty good price!
I would worry about the quality of service at that price though. Dreamhost for example is pretty poor @ 9.95 / month. However, I use both dreamhost and Host Gator for my hosting, so far no issues with hostgator at all.

I'm considering to get a host (including .com domain) within the next few days, you got any other recommendations that work for Europe as well?

If you want free, I'm currently using www.Freehostia.com, pretty decent quite honestly--a lot of storage for free and little to no downtime.

It's not really free because you have to register your domain every year for $9.95
